- Should be a resident of Galle Municipal area.
- Should be a public donation recipient of on a person who has no any source of income.
- The amount of death outside is Rs. 1500/-
- The request letter for donation should be forwarded just after the incident occurred.
- True copy of the death certificate, in the case of a public donation recopied the letter of recommendation from a Municipal Council member and the letter from Grama Niladhari (countersign & the divisional secretary) should be attached to the application for donation.
- Application should be handed over to the Registrar of poverty Law.
