- Request for donation should be forwarded immediately with two description of the nature of disaster.
- The amount of donation will be between Rs. 1000/- to Rs. 2500/-
- The application should be recipient within the purview of Galle Municipal Council and a recipient of public of donation or a poor helpless person under the property low ordinance act, a permanent residence of Galle Municipal Council
- Application for assistance should be forwarded with a recommendation letter from a Galle Municipal Member and certificate from Grama Niladhari countersigned by the Divisional Secretary.
- These letters should be handed over to the Registrar of Poverty Law.
